    Member-at-Large (2 year term)*, Islam Khallaf
    *This is a voting role only in the case of a tie, meeting attendance is the only responsibility.

  4. As of July 1 , 2025 the Forge Reserve HOA Dues are $354.34/per year (raised $20.54 from 2024 dues to cover higher landscaping, management, communications, and insurance costs). Contact Tidewater Management with any billing issues. Late fees will apply in an initial late notice; seriously delinquent dues will be subject to collections action and legal fees by Tidewater Management.

  5. ARC approval applications are required for all external improvements (i.e. patios, decks, new sidewalks, pavers, new gardens, fences, etc). Approval is not needed for maintenance of existing or previously approved projects (i.e. similar color roof/paint updates, sidewalk, driveway, and lawn repairs, adding security cameras, replacing mailbox with similar style/color, etc.). You must wait until approval is received to begin work. Contact a BOD member if you have not received a timely decision response or with any questions.
